Margaret A. Brunson is a leader and luminary who considers brunch a verb, laughing a personal hobby, and dance floors sacred.
She spent over fifteen years leading public, private, and nonprofit organizations with a focus on managing public + mental health programs, developing leadership capacity, and engaging communities to improve health. Margaret currently provides leadership + organizational development coaching and consulting services to individuals, groups and organizations.
In addition, she is a writer, sought-after speaker, and published author. In 2012, she published her book, New Growth: How My Hair Saved My Life.
A native North Carolinian, Margaret earned a BA in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Master of Public Administration from North Carolina Central University and PhD in leadership studies from North Carolina A&T State University.
