Smith Reynolds Foundation by overseeing the implementation of All for NC: ZSR’s Framework for Grantmaking and Learning.

Missy Donovan joined the Raleigh Boychoir as their Executive Director in April. She brings years of arts administration experience and a passion for supporting nonprofit arts organizations. Missy holds a Masters of Arts in Policy and Administration from The Ohio State University and was living and working in Columbus, Ohio before moving to Chapel Hill last year.

Ryan Fehrman brings sixteen years of leadership as a passionate advocate for the needs of those who are experiencing homelessness.  Fehrman’s strong background with board leadership, strategic planning, growth, partnerships, and innovation, make him an ideal leader for this statewide effort to end homelessness by creating alliances encouraging public dialogue, securing resources, and advocating for systemic change.

Susan Heiserman

North Carolina Music Educators Association
Susan Heiserman will join the North Carolina Music Educators Association in August as their new Executive Director. Susan has spent the last seven years as the Executive Director for the North Carolina Presenters Consortium, a statewide arts service organization. As a musician herself, she strongly believes in the importance of music education for all and is looking forward to supporting that effort in North Carolina.

Yvette Holmes, a resident of Southeast Raleigh, brings thirty years of nonprofit experience and proven leadership to SERP, with a mission to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty for residents living in Southeast Raleigh, by delivering key investments in education, housing, health & wellness, economic opportunity, and leadership development.

Wanda Lassiter
Finance & Operations Director
Wanda brings deep experience in finance and operations to SAFEchild, sharing knowledge gained through formal education and previous roles in health, association, faith-based, arts, and educational institutions.

Lindsey O'Donnell
Talent Acquisition & Development Manager
Stop Soldier Suicide
Lindsey will apply her skills in human resources and organizational psychology to help Stop Soldier Suicide recruit and retain top talent. Previously living and working in New York, Lindsey recently relocated to North Carolina.

PCC Is pleased to welcome Vann Pearsall as its first Executive Director. Vann brings demonstrated executive and campaign leadership experience and a commitment to the advancement of empathic, attuned mental health care through the practice of psychoanalytic therapy in the Carolinas.
