Jeannine returns to her high school and college alma mater, Saint Mary’s, as the Director of Alumnae Engagement. She brings a career in education experience and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management at Drexel University.

Darryl joins Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation as their Program Officer for Community Based Grantmaking. Darryl holds a Masters of Public Policy from the Sanford School at Duke University and a BA from Davidson College. Darryl previously served as a Policy Advisor for Governor Roy Cooper and Community Relations Manager with the Cumberland Community Foundation. 

Sarah DePalma
Data Analytics Manager
Stop Soldier Suicide
Sarah brings her experience and passion for analytics and storytelling with data to Stop Soldier Suicide. Previously with the PGA TOUR, Sarah is relocating from Florida to direct the measurement, evaluation, and data analysis functions of Stop Soldier Suicide’s operations.

Hearts with Haiti
Emily has accepted a position as Executive Director with Hearts with Haiti. Formerly the Executive Director with the Lung Transplant Foundation, Emily is an excellent nonprofit leader, fundraiser, and collaborator.

Catrina joins Curamericas Global as the Chief of Staff. She previously served as Operations and Partnerships Manager at Emily K Center and Operations Manager at Scrap Exchange.

Chrystal Morris
Family Support Coach

Chrystal joined the Wake Med LAUNCH+ (Linking Actions for Unmet Needs in Children’s Health) team in February as one of their Family Support Coaches. Chrystal recently moved from South Carolina and is adept at handling high caseloads while providing an exceptional level of care, services, and resources for families, children, and high-risk populations.

Eileen joins Saint Mary’s School as the Director of Annual Fund and Major Gifts. Eileen brings a track record of fundraising success as a development officer at Wake Forest University and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Steve Perdue
Chief Operations Officer
Raleigh Rescue Mission
 After spending seven years with the Peoples University and Global Progress International in China, Steve joins Raleigh Rescue Mission as its COO. Equipped with a Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Theological Seminary, Steve brings both operational know-how and a servant’s heart to this newly-created leadership position.

Homeownership Counselor
Issac will utilize his bilingual skills and prior banking experience with Wells Fargo to assist families seeking to purchase their first home. A first-generation American, Issac is excited to help others achieve their goals through his work at DHIC’s Homeownership Center.

Brandon Rosas 
Vice President of Finance and Administration 
NC Rural Center 
Brandon is the new Vice President of Finance and Administration for the NC Rural Center. Brandon brings 20 years of finance, operations, and HR experience from the nonprofit and corporate sectors. Brandon has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, a BS in Finance from the University of Wisconsin and is a veteran of the USAF.

Director of Development and Communications
Meals on Wheels Durham
Jill joins Meals on Wheels Durham as their Director of Development and Communications. Jill is a seasoned development professional with over 16 years of experience in the nonprofit and higher education sectors, small solo shop development teams, and large university teams. She is excited to have a direct impact on the Durham community.

Chris started his Executive Director position with WRBA April 5th. Previously Chris served as Event Director with Octagon, an award-winning events and sports marketing company.

Cecile Williams
Homeownership Counselor
Cecile joined DHIC after spending the majority of her career in human and social services agencies, with the last ten years working with families who are homeless or seeking housing. Her new role at the DHIC Homeownership Center aligns well with her passion to help people overcome the barriers in their lives.
