Dejon is a communicator, journalist, creative, and pastor from Washington, DC. With nearly a decade of ministry experience, he has led youth, young adult, and teaching ministries for churches with locations in Washington, DC, North Carolina, Texas, and Nairobi, Kenya. Welcome Dejon as the Development and Congregational Engagement Specialist at Alliance of Baptists.

Robin joined the growing team at Addiction Professionals of North Carolina as the Chief Administrative Officer. Robin brings her experience in leadership, program development and management, policy development, and financial management to support the important work of APNC.

Beth holds a personal passion for music therapy in addition to her finance, operations, and human resources expertise and leadership. Prior to her new role as the CFO for Voices Together, she was the Assistant Superintendent of Finance with Granville County Public Schools.

Tashani is an experienced business manager with nearly 20 years of experience in human resources, business operations, and financial administration. She holds doctoral, master’s, and bachelor’s degrees in business administration, and her prior roles include research and operations management at UNC-Chapel Hill and key leadership positions with two Raleigh-based behavioral health and wellness organizations. Tashani is passionate about working with service-based organizations and joined IPMW to support the mission of helping women as their new Director of Operations.

Jarred brings more than 15 years of educational experience to his new role as the Advancing Public Education Program Officer with Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation. He comes to the foundation most recently as a project director with TNTP, a national education nonprofit that works at every level of the public school system to ensure that all students have access to a high-quality education. Jarred is a native of Alamance County.

Dorian is an enthusiastic leader with a strong multi-disciplinary background that includes communications, mental health therapy, and real estate. Dorian most recently served at Spelman College, where she developed and implemented a Coordinated Community Response Team for the Violence Prevention and Intervention Program. She's excited to return to the Triangle area as the Housing Programs Director with Families Together.

Sarah spent over 17 years promoting youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility in a variety of positions with YMCA’s in Syracuse, NY, and Westerly, RI. Sarah’s background working to strengthen the family unit will help Habitat of Eastern Connecticut build more affordable and sustainable neighborhoods for first-time homebuying families.

Fleming joined the North Carolina Theatre as their Chief Philanthropy Officer. As a passionate arts champion, she will bring her experience building relationships and connecting donors to NCT.

Lindsay joined Carolina Common Enterprise as their Operations Manager. She most recently worked with the National Alliance on Mental Illness and NC Symphony.

Rachel joined DHIC as their Resident Services Coordinator. A Raleigh native, Rachel returned to the area after earning her MSW and working in the St. Louis area developing youth programs for families experiencing poverty. In her role with DHIC, Rachel is focused on building and maintaining a community services program that enhances the quality of life and long-term stability and success of seniors, families, and people with special needs living in DHIC communities.
