Antoinetta Mosley is a courage curator, keynote speaker, and culture strategist dedicated to helping individuals and organizations cultivate equitable and inclusive spaces that are celebrated, not tolerated.
With over 15 years of leadership experience, Antoinetta brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. She has held various impactful roles in the nonprofit sector, including leading a psychosocial rehabilitation program at Mercy Care in Atlanta, managing the Homeowner Education program at Atlanta Habitat, and serving as the inaugural Development and Communications Director for Meals on Wheels Durham. Antoinetta's passion for helping organizations take strategic, measurable, and sustainable action intersected with her pursuit of a Master's in Nonprofit Administration (MPA). Her dedication led her to produce an award-winning graduate paper titled "Diversity in Nonprofit Leadership: Overcoming Barriers."
Antoinetta has collaborated with organizations of all sizes, ranging from small local nonprofits to global Fortune 500 companies. Her expertise spans culture building, courage cultivation, and strategic planning, encompassing a wide range of project scopes from team-specific initiatives to enterprise—wide initiatives.
Antoinetta holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MPA from Western Michigan University. Currently residing in Durham, NC with her husband Thomas and dog Remy, she actively engages in her community through volunteering. Antoinetta serves as a BIG Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Triangle, acts as President for Durham Toastmasters, and leads a group at her church. Additionally, she is the author of the encouragement guide, "6 Months of Courage Candy: Consistently Cultivate Courage to Reach Your Highest Potential," as well as the children's book "Happy Birthday, Tulip and Violet."
