Zach has taken a scenic route through the nonprofit sector, beginning with stints as a grant-writer and data management volunteer. Since then, he has dabbled in board development, social science research, prison letter writing, scholarship evaluation, and many other rewarding projects.

For the past 3 years, Zach worked for PMA Nonprofit Leadership as Operations Manager, a role that focused on developing PMA’s infrastructure as a firm. During this time, Zach helped PMA develop its technical systems, standardize processes, and drive important efficiencies. He also contributed to consulting projects, managed leadership programs, and responded to team members’ various needs.

Zach grew up in the suburbs of downstate New York and moved to Raleigh in 2021 to attend NC State. He loves theatre, reading, local politics, and is taking the plunge into crocheting.
