The Positive Intelligence pod is an 8-week virtual program designed to help you develop mental fitness through a supportive and engaging journey.

Just like physical fitness helps you tackle steep hills with ease, mental fitness empowers you to handle life's challenges with greater resilience and positivity. When you're mentally fit, your overall wellness, relationships, and productivity flourish. You bounce back quicker when life throws you off balance, and negativity has less of a hold on you. It’s all about shifting to a more positive mindset, and that takes practice!

The program is facilitated by Armstrong McGuire Senior Advisor Katie Weeks.
