The Mastermind Leadership Program transforms professional isolation into clarity and momentum through expert facilitation, peer accountability, and applied leadership tools. Over four months, a small cohort of ten nonprofit leaders participates in seven virtual sessions designed to sharpen judgment, strengthen confidence and drive meaningful progress.
This virtual learning cohort is ideal for nonprofit leaders seeking clarity, community, and a safe space to think and lead more effectively. With 25 completed cohorts and more than 200 alumni from across the country, the Mastermind has helped nonprofit leaders gain perspective, make better decisions, and lead with greater focus and impact. Participants benefit from honest peer dialogue, structured reflection, and practical frameworks that support thoughtful leadership in real time.
Sessions take place on Thursdays from 2:00 - 4:00 pm ET.
