A leader, luminary, and thought partner, Margaret considers brunch a verb, wellness a priority, dance floors sacred, and music and passport stamps two of life’s greatest treasures. After a career in the public and private healthcare sector, she transitioned into leadership coaching and organizational development consulting.
As a trained executive leadership professional with twenty years of experience leading people and managing systems, Margaret guides individuals, organizations, and businesses to uncover purpose and develop authentic and holistic leadership paradigms that support transformative work.
Margaret earned a BA in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Master of Public Administration from North Carolina Central University, and a Ph.D. in leadership studies from North Carolina A&T State University.
Words to live by:
“When I dare to be powerful—to use my strength in the service of my vision—then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid."
Favorite Vacation Spot:
It’s tough to choose a favorite. I enjoy vacationing in the Caribbean with warm beaches and bright blue water, but I also love a fun city vacation to LA, Philly, New York, or London!
