A North Carolina native, and NCSU College of Design graduate, Mary has 30 years of experience collaborating with both for-profit and non-profit clients. Her career started at the North Carolina Museum of Art where attention to detail was the modus operandi of the entire organization. That honed skill continues to be a focus of her work.

After time at the art museum and a5-year stint at a small design firm, Mary entered the freelance design world where she pursues long-term relationships with all kinds of clients. She enjoys working on projects of any scope—from a single business card to a complex communication package—and appreciates the unending opportunities to learn something new from her clients and their varied businesses.

Mary likes to be involved in a project from its conception. Considering design questions at the beginning makes for rewarding work that is successful for the client and audience. Win!
