Michael Seaman, Ph.D. is a mission-driven executive, leadership coach, and nonprofit consultant. With a rich background in founding and leading organizations in the U.S. and abroad, Michael brings expertise in entrepreneurship, international development, education, and nonprofit leadership.

He has served organizations by guiding them through staff transitions, mergers, strategic planning, and organizational optimization. He is particularly passionate about leveraging his strengths in crisis navigation, strategic thinking, and systems development to build long-term sustainability and social impact.

Michael grew up around the world, but his wife of over two decades is one of the few who was born and raised in Cary. At his core, he is a learner who almost always has a physical  book with him—a love that has been passed down to his two daughters.
