Scenario Thinking for Nonprofit Boards | Preparing for the Unknown with Strategic Foresight Sesssion

This fall, the Center for Nonprofit Excellence's (CNE’s) Day of Learning, Meeting the Moment, brings together nonprofit staff, board members, and community partners for a full day of connection, reflection, and skill-building. Meeting the Moment invites participants to think boldly about resilience, leadership, and collaboration in times of change, blending interactive workshops with peer-to-peer learning and facilitated discussion.

Senior Advisor Staci Barfield will present a session titled Scenario Thinking for Nonprofit Boards | Preparing for the Unknown with Strategic Foresight at 1:45. In this session, boards will explore multiple possible futures to stress-test strategies, stay agile, and make decisions grounded in mission and community needs. This approach fosters resilience and opens doors to innovative options.

Registration Deadline: October 13.
