The Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy (ELP) program supports new and aspiring development professionals as they build confidence, competence, and clarity in their fundraising roles. With more than 150 participants from over 80 organizations, ELP has a proven track record of helping early-career professionals launch and accelerate successful paths in philanthropy.
Over four virtual sessions, participants develop a strong foundation in fundraising strategy, donor engagement, management essentials, and career-planning skills that support early momentum. ELP brings together a supportive cohort of peers navigating similar questions and challenges, creating a learning environment grounded in shared experience and practical application. Each session emphasizes tools and insights participants can apply immediately in their current roles.
Ideal for emerging professionals ready to build momentum, expand their network, and step confidently into a career in philanthropy.
ELP is offered in partnership with the Institute of Philanthropic Leadership.
Sessions take place on Thursdays from 9:00 am - noon ET.
