What is the Natural Leader, Effective Manager® program?
This is a practical training program designed to teach foundational management skills. It is built for organizations that promote experts into leadership roles but need a clear way to give them the basic tools to manage people successfully.
Who should apply for this program?
The program is for new, rising or existing managers who want to make leading people easier, move away from micro-managing and learn how to help their teams succeed.
How is the program structured?
The training consists of six engaging virtual modules. Sessions meet on Mondays from 1:00 PM–3:00 PM ET.
What is the cost of the program?
The cost is $975 per person, plus the purchase of the course workbook.
