A structured, cohort-based leadership experience for nonprofit leaders navigating growth, complexity, and transition.

The Mastermind Leadership Program transforms professional isolation into clarity and momentum through expert facilitation, peer accountability, and applied leadership tools. Over four months, a small cohort of ten nonprofit leaders participates in seven virtual sessions designed to sharpen judgment, strengthen confidence and drive meaningful progress.

This virtual learning cohort is ideal for nonprofit leaders seeking clarity, community, and a safe space to think and lead more effectively. With 25 completed cohorts and more than 200 alumni from across the country, the Mastermind has helped nonprofit leaders gain perspective, make better decisions, and lead with greater focus and impact. Participants benefit from honest peer dialogue, structured reflection, and practical frameworks that support thoughtful leadership in real time.

How do I apply?

Are there financial assistance or sponsorship options?

Yes. Many employers sponsor participants due to the strong ROI on leadership growth. Additionally, partial scholarships are available based on financial need, and flexible payment plans can be provided upon request.

What is the cost of the program?

There are two investment tiers available: • Standard ($1,550): Includes all seven group sessions and all program materials. • Premium ($1,950): Includes everything in the Standard tier plus three additional 1-on-1 executive coaching sessions.

What specific frameworks are taught?

Tools include a 7-Layered Vision Framework and 12 Essential Leadership Skills Assessment.

What will I gain from the experience?

Key program benefits include a Mastermind Leadership Certificate, CFRE credits, a customized growth plan and access to an exclusive peer network and a curated resource library.

When are the cohorts held?

There are three cohorts available each year: Spring, Summer and Fall.

How is the program structured?

The program consists of seven 2-hour virtual sessions held on Thursdays from 2:00–4:00 PM EST. To ensure personalized attention and deep connection, each cohort is limited to an intimate group of 10 leaders.

The program is specifically designed for executive directors, senior directors, foundation professionals and other motivated nonprofit leaders with more than five years of experience who are ready to advance their skills and confront leadership blind spots.
