If you are navigating an active job search or contemplating the next step in your career? Armstrong McGuire offers personalized, one-on-one virtual support designed to help professionals confidently navigate their nonprofit job search and stand out in a competitive market.
What's included:
- Career Strategy Session (1 hour): Gain clarity of the positions you want to pursue and how your professional experiences align to those opportunities with one of Armstrong McGuire’s experienced recruiters.
- Resume & Cover Letter Review: With an understanding of the position you are trying to land, our recruiters will provide detailed electronic feedback to your resume and cover letter using track changes and comments to strengthen your application materials.
- A one-hour virtual session that includes: a 30-minute mock interview, and 30 minutes of feedback and coaching. This session will be recorded, and a link will be shared with you for review.
