Joy Zuniga brings nearly a decade of experience in digital infrastructure, administrative operations, and program support across corporate, nonprofit, and higher education settings. She is energized by creating systems and efficiencies that make work easier for others; whether that’s streamlining complex workflows, organizing information into workable structures, or supporting teams through seamless coordination.
A believer in the power of language and human connection, Joy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Portuguese from Brigham Young University. Her studies, including time spent in Brazil as an exchange student, strengthened her fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and deepened her commitment to helping connect people digitally over long distances.
Prior to her current role, Joy supported educational programs and professional development initiatives, including managing a team of virtual technical producers who helped transform online trainings into highly engaging learning experiences. She has also provided administrative and operational leadership for nonprofit and corporate clients, overseeing everything from data tracking and grant reporting to presentation development, scheduling, and project coordination.
Joy is passionate about helping organizations function at their highest level. She believes that thoughtful processes and strong logistical foundations allow teams to focus on meaningful work, collaborate more effectively, and ultimately amplify their impact.
Joy lives in the Salt Lake City area with her husband Jorge and their three daughters. When she isn’t coordinating projects or refining a workflow, you can find her driving carpool, reading a good book, or enjoying some chocolate.
