As a senior executive with over 25 years of experience, Nicole drives organizational success through facilitation, coaching, and strategic planning with executive teams. Her focus and passion is helping executives become better leaders, make better decisions, and achieve their aspirations in business and in life. A significant portion of her leadership experience is with small to medium size businesses and organizations, with expertise in associations. Nicole’s broad business acumen and practical perspective comes from her experience serving in a variety of senior executive roles including leadership of operations, growth, sales & marketing, advocacy, HR, IT, finance, administration, and board relations. Nicole started her career as a public accountant, after graduating from NC State University with a B.A. in Accounting and holds licenses as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Global Management Accountant.
