Tanya brings extensive experience in nonprofit recruitment and search operations. Most recently, she served as Director of Operations and Talent Recruitment at Next Stage, a Charlotte-based consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation for nonprofits and corporate clients.

Tanya spent several years working for Koya Leadership Partners, a national executive search firm serving nonprofits, where she served as Director of Research and Special Projects. Tanya’s previous recruiting experience includes work as an Associate Director of Recruitment at The Broad Center, Recruiter and Project Manager with DIRECTV, and Senior MBA Recruiter with Bain & Company.

Tanya is a new member of Women's Impact Fund serving on the finance committee, and volunteers as a cookie mom for the Girl Scouts, Hornets' Nest Council. Tanya holds a B.A. in Human Development/Organizational Studies and Human Resources Management from Boston College. She lives in Huntersville, NC with her family.
