Allen is an enthusiastic leader with a strong background in IT leadership. He has held positions as a consultant and CIO in multiple industries. Children’s Home Society is thrilled to have Allen serving as a member of their leadership team and looks forward to the impact he will have on improving the organization’s ability to serve children and families.

Allison has more than 25 years of communications experience in industries where building relationships and helping others were the foundation of her work. She has significant experience in sharing stories that connect ideas and people in addition to creating communication plans that build awareness, understanding, and action on key issues. Allison also brings a deep passion for helping children feel safe, respected, and loved to her work with the Children’s Home Society.

Native North Carolinian and long-time legal services advocate Ashley Campbell has been named the CEO of Legal Aid of North Carolina. Ashley begins in July following the retirement of founding Executive Director George Hausen, Jr. In this role, Ashley brings her career full circle having served as a Legal Aid staff attorney at the beginning of her professional journey.

Chioma joined the LAUNCH+ team at WakeMed as a Family Support Coach in April. Chioma is passionate about supporting parents and children. Being certified in Triple P, Chioma will bring her deep understanding of parenting to the families at WakeMed.

Eric joined MHO in May. He is a highly motivated leader, a United States Air Force Veteran, and has extensive experience in private and government training, logistics, product development and management.

Kim joined Salvation Army on June 6th.  Most recently, Kim served as Communications and Development Manager with Alliance Center for Education.  She brings over 17 years of communications, development, and marketing experience.

Linh Pham brings more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit community building to John Rex Endowment. Most recently with the United Way of North Carolina, Linh was a Resource Coordinator for NC211 – an information and referral line serving the entire state. Previously, Linh was a VIET fellow with Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy studying the history and impact of Agent Orange in Vietnam and has worked extensively with the Vietnamese immigrant communities in North Carolina and Philadelphia, PA.

Tinu brings her experience in civic engagement, community outreach, advocacy, and broad-based community organizing, combined with a passion for documentary storytelling, to her new role with DHIC. She holds a law degree, most recently served as the Executive Director and lead organizer at Durham CAN, and previously worked in federal government and higher education.

Wanda Thomas is a champion for community involvement and enrichment. She is a native North Carolinian who grew up in Southeast Raleigh, a community in which she is now proud to serve in with her new role with Ship. Wanda has over 25 years of human resource management and nonprofit administration experience and when she’s not working, she likes to spend time using her gifts and talents to bring events to her communities that focus on community awareness.
