Armstrong McGuire is pleased to announce that Nicole Lindley is joining our team in a deeper capacity as a Senior Advisor.

Nicole has been part of the Armstrong McGuire family as an Advisor since 2022, and we are excited to deepen our collaboration as she brings her passion for helping nonprofit leaders elevate the financial health of their organizations and the financial acumen of their leaders and Boards.

With more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, financial oversight, and operational effectiveness, Nicole has a proven track record of guiding organizations through transformative change. She believes in empowering and uplifting leaders by developing their skills and confidence—values that align perfectly with Armstrong McGuire’s mission to strengthen nonprofits and their impact on communities.  

“Nicole has been a wonderful addition to our team, leading executive transitions at the CEO and CFO level,” said Managing Director Shannon Williams. “In her role as a senior advisor, we will further leverage her deep financial and organization acumen as well as her leadership development skills to help our clients unlock their potential.”

Nicole’s background has spanned a range of sectors, with an emphasis on associations and membership-driven organizations. Her background as a CPA and leadership roles as CFO and COO make her an invaluable resource for our nonprofit partners. We are also excited to leverage Nicole’s experience in developing and facilitating leadership peer groups. In the nonprofit sector, where the work is deeply personal and the stakes are high, leadership can feel both inspiring and isolating. That’s where peer groups become transformational.
