Over the past several months, I began revisiting my life mission which is to "leave things better than I found them." Part of the exploration included my career and ultimately influenced my decision to accept the Armstrong McGuire team's invitation to join them.

Anyone considering career growth has no doubt considered options. This growth cannot be measured in dollars and cents, rather it is measured in the ability to give back to others in more impactful ways. As we mature, we can more easily determine whether these options should be acted upon because we know ourselves better.

1. SEE the vision for your life.

2. FEEL the positive energy as you engage with the vision.

3. TRUST your decision and move forward.
