As we welcome a new year, all of us at Armstrong McGuire extend our gratitude for you—the bold, bighearted, and determined humans showing up everyday to meet critical community challenges and opportunities.

Desmund Tutu said, “Do your little bit of good where you are; it's those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.” Whether you teach students, treat patients, clean our air, land or water, fight poverty or hunger, care for neighbors or strangers, advocate for justice, perform on stages, lead teams, serve on boards, raise resources, explore big questions, or keep vital programs moving forward in countless other ways…it is you, the nonprofit staff, volunteers, board members and donors, who deliver the little bits of good that together make our communities better.

May the new year bring with it a collective grit and determination to overwhelm the world with love, hope, kindness, and peace. And may each of you experience the kind of joy that sneaks up unexpectedly in the middle of the workday when you can pause to get a glimpse of a little bit of your handiwork.
